Terms of Service

By using this website or placing an order with Taylor Redd Leatherworks, you agree to the following terms.

Custom Orders & Deposits

Taylor Redd Leatherworks specializes in handmade, made-to-order leather goods. Prices shown as deposits are not the full purchase price unless otherwise stated.

All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the final cost of your order. Final pricing may vary depending on the design, materials, personalization, and other requested details. Pricing will be discussed with you before work begins.

Final Payment

Once your custom order is complete, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance, applicable taxes, and shipping costs

Final balances must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. If payment is not received within 7 days, your deposit will remain non-refundable and your order may be considered abandoned.

Turnaround Times

All turnaround and completion times are estimates. Because each piece is handmade, turnaround times may vary depending on order volume, design complexity, material availability, and other circumstances.

Custom Designs & Handmade Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving requested names, initials, dates, brands, colors, sizing, and other customization details before work begins.

Genuine leather is a natural material and may contain variations in grain, color, texture, scars, and markings. These characteristics are not considered defects

Colors may also appear slightly different in person due to lighting, leather characteristics, and differences between device screens.

Orders & Pricing

Taylor Redd Leatherworks reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary. If an order is canceled by Taylor Redd Leatherworks before work has begun, any payment collected for that order will be refunded as appropriate.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect an order after its final price has been agreed upon.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Actual shipping costs are calculated and charged with the final balance unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays and delivery issues are subject to the terms outlined in our Shipping Policy

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Custom and personalized products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.

Photos, original designs, artwork, text, logos, and other content belonging to Taylor Redd Leatherworks may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Changes to These Terms

Taylor Redd Leatherworks may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The version published on this website at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
